Same owner, same story. These two fourplexes on Reading Ave were part of the Westchester development portfolio we originally brokered in 2018. When the development plan fell apart, Reading was next on the list. We already knew the buildings, knew the comps, and had buyers in the pipeline from the Ramsgate sales. Got both under contract fast and closed in January 2024. The owner needed speed and certainty. That's what we delivered.
